How to add thanks system?

i have think and i wanna add thanks system on my forum, i have saw most forums have it, and i just dont know how to do it.

hello Forumotion already have a thanks system but, its not like others forums, here the ranks system works only for the first poster, so only the first poster can give thanks to people who send a replay to his thread.
