adding scrolling anouncment

hi guys.... is it possible that if forum members want to add scrolling anouncement so they can:?:..... if not .... is there anyway to possible it:arrow:.... waiting for reply

hi it is my forum http://avacs-urdu.nforum.biz just visit here and see scrolling anouncment..... is that possible that memeber could run himself anouncment?..... if yes then how?

Your members can do it in there sigs if you allow sigs.. and in there post.
but other then that if you want them to be able to put it on the forums annoncment then no. because they woulds have to be an admin to set it up.

it is working in posts.... i am talking about that scrolling anouncment which is scrolling under the navibar......

They can't . only the Admin can do that.
