1. Any way to block proxy servers via a hack?

2. Apparently members of my forum http://watchlords.forumotion.net/forum.htm are being IP banned at a forum watchgeeks.net ( not on your network ) Is there any way someone outside of myself or my Admin can see IP addresses or is there a hack that would let them that via a photo or link?
