Creation size (in pixels) : I don't know.
With or without animation : Without, please.
Background color : Grey / Black / red
Picture(s) link(s) : None.
Text to insert : New Topic
Link to the font to download : New Times Roman
Font color : White

Extra comments : Please, make two of it. I am going to use hover-function. So one of the two must be alittle 'weaker' colors. More grey. And the other one, should have strong colors.
