There are two options to choose:
1. Using a pre-defined cursor -- body and link hover cursor:
using this code:
Code:
<style>body {cursor: url (URL_OF_CURSOR1);} a {cursor: url (URL_OF_CURSOR2);}</style>
replace: URL_OF_CURSOR1 and URL_OF_CURSOR2 with the direct url of your cursors.
Copy and paste the above codes to your SITE DESCRIPTION, go to Admin Panel >> General Admin >> Configuration >> General >> Site Description
Save it.
first where is >General Admin < and where is >Configuration< there is like 20 of them

Re: help !!
Title... (I'm sure a mod will say it needs to be edited to be made more clear so that people with the same issue can search for this...)
And ignore general admin and config... I think it just means:
Admin panel -
General tab -
Configuration (First thing on the left hand side) -
Site Description -
Paste whatever it is -
Yeah, just an error in the explanation really.

Re: help !!
I think an instruction has been mis-worded here, I can't tell what it's trying to say if it won't go into the site description...
Unless this is talking about the CSS? If so, not my area.
