New Members not getting activation emails  Empty New Members not getting activation emails

They will register and get the message that an email has been sent and to check your email and spam folders and click on the link to activate there accounts.. But they never receive the email to activate there accounts.. If they try to register again it tells them the username and password are already in use.. PLEASE HELP

Same thing happened to me a few times.

You can always activate them on the admin panel... Users & Groups - > Users - > Inactive Users

If you want users to be able to activate themselves: ACP -> Users & Groups -> Users options -> New accounts activation : User -> Save.

That's how it was set, check what the OP posted. The problem was users not recieving their activation emails. Wink
