Trouble with litigation form Empty Trouble with litigation form

Post by freetime Mon 5 Jul - 18:10

I am being constantly libeled and harassed on a forumotion board, http://nofree.forumotion.com/.

I have tried numerous times to send the litigation form, and every time it won't go in. It says "Wrong picture" JPEG, etc. allowed.

I have tried all 3 allowed formats. I have tried reducing the size of the screenshot. I have tried sending a PM to a forumotion moderator, but it won't go either because I don't have enough posts.

The board I am complaining about needs to be censured.

Why does forumotion make it so hard to contact anyone about potential libel?

LBT, a link will suffice, it's not necessary to post it as an image Wink

Could we please have the URL of the screenshot that you are using as the image/s to report the forum?

This is not the same screen I tried to report, but it will do.
There are so many of them, take your pick:

I hadn't intended to start my day off by wading through the junk on the Nofree board, but I see they've started another thread to slam me for criticizing my city's government. They seem to be quite upset that I submitted a Letter to the Editor of our local paper:

Please let me know who I cam send a PM to to try to get something done about the libelous NOfree forum at http://nofree.forumotion.com/.
They continue to focus on me. There is very little other discussion other than about me.
I am not an elected official. I am a disabled private individual who is tired of the harassment from this board. I don't think I should be referred to constantly as "an unemployed troll" due to my disability. Here's today's latest installment:

Please do something about this!

Reports should be sent here:
https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/

And not in public, while Typlo (Administrator) is away and have his pm box disabled, use the link provided above to report forum.

Please refer to my initial post in this thread. I am posting these messages because the litigation form is not working. I tried to send it numerous times.
Meanwhile, the libel . invasion of privacy and harassment on No free continues on a daily basis.

Trouble with litigation form Empty Re: Trouble with litigation form

Post by Guest Sat 10 Jul - 10:21

I am the administrator of the forum in question.

This individual "freetime" was welcome to join my forum, but instead they decided to tell people that my forum had viruses. This started 18 months ago and is still continuing. I reported this individual and their accusations to Typlo more than a year ago.

The forum where freetime posts http://nwin.net/discussionforum has the word "forumotion" in their word censor. It converts "forumotion" to "spam". I thought people here might find that interesting.

The topics in question in my forum contain no personal information and aren't libelous under US or French laws. They do irritate "freetime", however, and I'm sure that is the reason why this individual wants them removed.

My previous report to Typlo is sufficient to end this, but since this individual started a public topic here, I felt compelled to respond.

Here's what the Nofree admin, markh, posted about viruses on his own board, and yet he stil calls me a liar about it:

Post by Admin Yesterday at 6:51 pm
I was recently made aware of a problem with viruses in the activation email received when a member registered for this discussion board. I have since verified this was a problem with other spam boards as well as with this one. I was told the problem had been fixed as of 12/29/08 5:00PM CST. This problem only affected three members, and all are aware of the situation.

I do not want to have the problem again, so from now on I will manually activate new members. New accounts will be activated within 24 hours of their creation. Thank you for your patience.

Will someone from Forumotion explain to me how the Nofree board complies with your terms of service.

I am a private individual who happens to be disabled. I am referred to as an "unemployed troll" on a daily basis on Nofree because of my disability.
Social Security has determined me to be a physically disabled person.

Why does Forumotion allow one of your boards to harass me over my disability?

Also in apparent conflict with your rules is the attention Nofree gives to harassing a private individual (me). The first thread they started about me was allowed to go on for 50 pages. About 3 people, including the admin, slurred me repeatedly.
Then, the admin created a Freetime continued thread so this libel can continue.
There is very little conversation on Nofree that doesn't involve me.

I don't want to communicate with the Nofree admin.
I want to talk to someone at Forumotion who can do something about this, or at least tell me why they won't, since I can't get the litigation form to work.
Can you tell me who at Forumotion I should PM? I was told Typlo, but that's not working either.

The litigation form doesn't work. See my post above. I had previously seen a post from someone with the same problem.
That's why I tried this method.
So, there is NO way to contact Forumotion about possible libel?
When will Typlo return?

But aren't you concerned that there could be litigation issues with other forums that can't be reported because the form won't work?
I know I tried to send it many, many times.

I apologize to the staff of this forum for being forced to deal with "freetime". This is my last post in this topic.

If you decide to lock or move this topic, please keep it visible so I can forward its URL to Typlo. Thank you.

Well if it isn't because they can't figure out how to contact you about it, good.
I'm glad others aren't being harassed and libeled like I am by people who apparently can't think of anything better to talk about!
