The code is probably in a widget or an announcement.

Check your announcements first. If you don't know how to get it follow these instructions.

In your Administration Panel navigate to the General tab, find the table that says Messages & Emails and click the link that says Announcements. Just look for it in the list and remove or deactivate it.
