Introduction HTML Page?

In my forum i have a place where people submit things to get them introduced to everyone, it asks some questions and they have to copy and paste the answers to all of the questions in a new topic. this is very difficult for many of my members though. and i was wondering if it was possible to make an HTML page that had the questions and text boxes next to them and a button that says send and when they press send it automatically posts it in my forum called introductions. If so could you please help with the scripting.

Em, i can make a VB 6.0 topic generator, they just have to copy the text and paste it at the topic... Then it's all done...
