HTML ERROR! Empty HTML ERROR!

HTML Code is not workingt on my site!

Even in the posts.
I tried advertising my toolbar with a HTML FlyOut
<script type='text/javascript' src="http://www.conduit-banners.com/Fly/?ctid=CT2701705&BannerType=FlyOver1&setup=true&culture=en"></script> <script type='text/javascript'>__FlyOver();</script>

It did not work
PLEASE help!

I had that problem myself;

Go to your on profile, into the settings. Allow Html there too.
