Nav Bars Above Banner

How to put the navigation bars above the banner? It would be something like this:

Hello,

There is no proper way of doing this since there is no template editing on phpBB3. Try adding this code to your CSS..

You need to put it in Admin CP > Display > Colors > CSS

Better to put it at the end of all other codes.
