Hi guys,


First of all, I wanna say SORRY about my TOPIC TITLE. But I really don't know how to call this problem. Please look at my pic below:

As you can see at the BLUE 2 head ARROW. That space is too large and it mades my forum look bad. Can I minimize that space ? 


btw, I used the themes that supplied by the theme library.
