log in type colour`

Hello,

My forum is on a blue background and has white type colour..... However, when you log in to the forum, because it is a white box, and my type is white you can't see it !!!

Is there away in which I can change the colour of type in the log in boxes ???

When you load the page up, click on log in and try to type, the words in the box are white... I need this colour changed.
