How Can I change my Global Announcements

How can I change the settings of my forum, so that I can see announcements on the top instead of at the bottom?
I am currently using a phpBB2 forum.

What bottom are you talking about?

When I put up a Global announcement it appears at the bottom, with all the other post.

I want it so that it is at the top (link to my forum: http://elitepspgamerz.forummotion.com/half-byte-loader-homebrew-f4/)
I want it above the other sections, not below.
I that possible?

I don't really understand, which is the actual global announcement?

I didn't make one yet but it would appear with all the other topics at the bottom (there aren't any yet)

Just make a announcement & see where it appears.

I made one, but then I deleted it.

You want your announcement to appear above the banner?

I want it aboove the subtopic and If not possible, a separate colum above the normal posts.

i understand what he mean, = On Half-Byte Loader Homebrew he has sub forums, so when he open it the sub forums will appear above all other topics and its normal i think . so he want the sub forums to be below the topics

Pretty sure that is correct.

Well it would be preferable to have only the announcement(s) at the top, then the sub topics, then the posts.

I have a phpBB2 forum, but I don't think I have template editing. Do all phpBB2 forums have template editing, and if so how can I enable it?

Do you want to put the stickies & announces above the topics like we have here?
If so, or if not, can you have a fiddle to check the otpions if you like them at: Admin panel >> General > messages & Emails/configuration > Separate announcements and stickies from the messages : > Choose & Save.


Yes, all PHPBB2 forums have Template editing via: Admin panel >> Display > Templates.

Are you the founder? Only the founder can access template editing.
