Allow certain groups to change their username or color?

Is it possible to allow only a specific group to change their user name or color?
I created an Elite group on my forum for members with a high post count of 1500. I would like to give them this special privilege. Is there any way this can be done?

Not possible. How are you going to change colors of certain members in a group, when you can only colorize a group?

I have groups with color for each rank. I wanted Elites to choose their own color themselves at will somehow. I also wanted to make it possible for Elites to change their username at will whenever they want. Only after they change their name, they have to wait like 60-90 days to do it again.

Solution: Since this isnt possible, I guess they are just going to have to submit a request to me and I'll change it for them myself if I approve it.
