Moving Icons

Recently, I added a toolbar to my forum, but the problem is;
My administration panel icon is almost completely covered.
Is there a way that I can move the Administration icon so that
it can be more above or somewhere else?

(I don't want to move the toolbar and its positioning)

I don't think this is possible, but if you post this in the coding section, I'm sure someone will come up with a code. Sorry if I'm wrong, I don't have experience with this.

where should I add it?

above the toolbar code where you have your toolbar code in
