'free'groups

'free'groups

the options in our ACP for groups are...open, closed and hidden. Is there any way to set it up so that someone can sign up for a group and be automatically accepted without the membership pending?

Unfortunately, no. There's a thread on it somewhere in the suggestion section, you'll have to vote there and hope that it gets accepted.
