Make announcments above sub-forums Empty Make announcments above sub-forums

Hello,

I have noticed that when I have sub-forums inside a forum, the global announcements, announcements, stickies, are pushed below the sub-forums. I want to keep the announcements and stickies at the very top of the forum, above sub-forums. Is this possible? If so, can somebody please help me with this?
