Gallery to upload SWF files?

Hello. Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this in. My forum is about animation, most of the users use flash which generates SWF files. Now i know you can embed SWF's on the forum posts, however i would like to know if i could have an uploader much like the gallery, or if i can edit the gallery to take SWF files as well. It would really be great if we were able to have an SWF gallery for everyones animation. This would really expand my sites activity and appeal as well as user come back. Thanks in advance.

Currently, only image files are allowed in the gallery. Sorry, you might be able to open a request thread for this though!

No possible way to get it SWF by messing with it's code?

You can't force an image uploader to upload something different...
