Hi.
I like to know how can I ban this type of symbols from the header of the posts.
& % <: :OO: @ $$db """

This symbols are seen by rss feeds as code and this make the feeds stop to work.

Its any way to make this symbols to show different words ?
like:
& = and
$ = Money
"new word in here" = - new word in here-
< = (

Thanks in advance.

I don't know if it is possible, the word censoring system only works for 3 characters or more Sad

i would try it in the word censoring it should work
And i dont recall it only working for three characteristics per word.
The last time i tested the word censor it would do the whole word.
but that was a long time ago plus i never use it so it may be possible that forumotion change it but i do not see why the would only allow three characteristics.

So yeah i would try to do it from the word censoring.. then if that dont work i dont think it will be posibil unless there is some type of css that can be added? not sure

Hi.
Thanks for the tip.
I have try the word sensory but didnt work.
The three words we are talking about here is:
If I do sensory this: (&) will not work,
but if I do ("&") will work but only as ("&") not as (&)
if I try to sensory only (&) will always ask me for more words because this is a word sensory, not a letter or symbol sensory Sad

Any more tips ?

no i dont know of anyways to block symbols then?.Sad
it's actually the first time i think i even seen anyone request this to.

you can always enforce a rule saying you do not allow any symbols and any members posting or adding them will be warned and or banned?

but thats about all i can suggest right now.

mmm...
Thanks !
Do you know something about this image resize ?
I have people post images and they show resized but the problem is that the (resized bar) show on the side of the image not on top where it should be.
See an example here:

http://trancemoon.forumotion.com/psy-trance-partys-f12/25-09-2010-password-is-love-2010-cabaret-sauvage-paris-t1226.htm#2366

Image is resized but still bigger then the screen because the resized bar !!??

(if need I can open a new topic for this)
Thanks
