Favicon Problem Empty Favicon Problem

You can see that I saved the Favicon here
Favicon Problem 10TS

However, when I go to my forum, it isn't there.
Favicon Problem 10TV

It was working before, then it suddenly turned into the talk bubble favicon.

..I just noticed it now, but the favicon for forumotion is going under the same problem
