Solved Protected Mature Content Allowed?

Post by SonicFanGurl on July 29th 2010, 6:59 pm

Hi, I am starting on a new forum soon and before I do that, I have a big question.

Is Mature Content allowed on my forum board if it's protected?
In addition, it cannot be accessed unless they meet and agree with these conditions I posted.

*Note: You must prove your activity by becoming E Rank member with 15 posts in order to request access

I support the entire fan base of Digimon of all kinds of fans.
There is also the Mature side of fans of Digimon too, however for the public safety and for better filtering, I created the Mature forum hidden from all members and guests.

You must ask me for approval by PM.
The forum contains the following...
-Digimon Hentai
-Strong language and gore (for fan fic authors)
-Some sexuality

This is designed for members who can freely write fan fics of that content and for Digimon Hentai fans to share and enjoy Digimon hentai.

You must be 17 (or legal age in your state or country) to ask for access under special circumstances when you prove your maturity to handle these boards.

By PM messaging me, you understand and agree to these terms and conditions and I accept no responsibility if you get offended or complain after you gain access.

-Admin
PM for questions or concerns.

Despite this, I have some that purposely try to bring down my forum and report it to forumotion, but would this cut it and be enough that I am enforcing this with a disclaimer?

Again, I want this to be a place for all fandoms of Digimon (which is a anime). Forumotion I used for 2 years and they have the best service and forum support.
I make some of the best skins I could never make on complicated boards like Zeta, please this is very important and I would appreciate it if a staff member answered this.
Because it will be a pain to use a harder forum board with less customization support that would accept this elsewhere on another forum host.

So, Is it acceptable or not? If it''s not is then could I modify my disclaimer or do addition protection over this forum? Or it's unacceptable regardless of legal restriction and the appropriate forum protection AND disclaimer.
And yes on my last forum I had this PROTECTED section on a previous forumotion board I had. However you know how immature people can be and try to report it in order to shut it down, I would hate for my new forum to happen, so I need your input first before I start.
