database with members and passwords

i have a greek forum http://koukouzelis.forumotion.net this site is for a non profit union of greek church singers. we need the database with members and passwords because the most of our members are old people and they dont know much about computers and they forget their accounts and we help them all the time how to reset their passowords. also we want to have the database as a backup because we made a big effort to gather our members and we dont want to lose them in the future. i have read the terms of use, but i want to talk somebody in charge because we are going to pay some money if needed.
i couldnt find a email to ask, so i post here. if somebody admin or moderator can help, please help.

The passwords are encrypted in the database so it is impossible to get them anyway.

Get them to PM you details or use the email password recovery thing.
