Solved Auto Assign Avatar

Can someone tell me how to automatically assign an Avatar to a new member, that is when a new member joins he gets an automatically assigned Avatar (which he can change later ofc)? The reason is I want to keep the Forums organised so that when someone posts a message they have an Avatar even if they are too lazy to assign one themselves.

Admin Panel > Display > Avatars gallery > Avatars Management > Upload an avatar there and click 'Define as default avatar'

Should work then.
