Navigation Bar on the top of the forum?

EDIT: Nextgenerationgunz.forumotion.com .. just trying to make the nav bar on the top of the page in stead of under the banner

It would be possible with CSS.

ok, nevermind i think my forum looks better without it being on the top

go to Admin CP.>Display>Templates>General>Overall_header_new
and search:
