Creating Polls Option

I recently changed the theme of my forum (http://mibbamag.niceboards.org/) and now I can't create polls anymore. I used to be able to do so by clicking "new post" and then underneath the form for my post (right below the "send" button) was the option to add a poll. It's no longer there.

I might have taken it off myself, but I don't remember if or how I did it (I made a lot of changes to it and have been working on all the threads within the forum).

Can anyone help?

Also, I've made a few threads asking for help, is that okay? Is there anything I should do to the old threads I've made here after I've been helped? I don't want to clog up the support section.
