Special Fields in User Profile

When I go to edit the fields for the user profiles. How can I make them a special field? Or better yet, how can I get to sort them by this particular field in the members list. Any help is appreciated!

Nopes, it can't come up in the memberlist.

You can always suggest you ideas on the Suggestion Section But you can use the search option to make sure if the suggestion/idea has already been suggested
