Can somebody help me with awards?

Hello,

I need help with the awards system.

I have followed the guide and finished uploading the award. But for some reson, everyone has it, and not everyone should have administrator award ( ).

Can you guys help me? I dont quite know where to find the where you choose the users who have it.

Ok, i got it to work. But now, it wont let me give others different awards. It shows that they have it but it doesnt come up!
