Q1:How do I center profile information?

Q2:I want to make id cards that are visible when a member hovers over the username of another member. How can I do this?

The white card represents the ID.

Q3: Can I hide the navigation bar?
-I want users to navigate the forum with a scrolling toolbar instead similar to what Jalokim made.
