How to change/remofe menu from bottom of page - Open for more info

Pls tell me how to modify menu from bottom of page?
More informations of problem:

It's not allowed to modify the footer, your forum will be banned if you do that as it break the Forumotion TOS

Even if you just add a link to it?

Hi,

all the links shown in the screenshot are default links

You are allowed to add an additional link/s but you cannot remove any links what so ever.
It's only possible to edit the template Overall_footer if you are using phpbb2 or PunBB

Blindbat, ofcause your allowed to add to it; Ive had an edited footer on my test forum for years
But with the recent re-set of all my templates, it's gone missing
