Solved Oh, what a terrible problem...

Post by Khrona Thu Aug 19, 2010 7:16 pm

Heavy sigh... This problem has occurred twice already.. how devastating and dreary it is! We have either been hacked or the site has just had a failure, but twice has it almost been deleted... And then we rebooted the site... And when we think we've won the battle, no one had administrative rights anymore. How devastating... Right? We need help... Mmm... But it feels so awkward asking. ;;

Aaah, nothing has been lost as of now, for I have restored it... Aww, you're so chipper, that's refreshing...

Ahem, but yes, to business. Because of a recent crash, I am assuming, our site was temporarily erased. It had to be backed up to its most current form, which was thankfully, today. Though, once we all got on... None of us had administrative rights and therefore, there isn't a single person who was originally an administrator who can access the administration page... And you can see why that is troubling, right? XD

... Yes, it would be very much appreciated for help on this matter... ;;

You mean even you're founder account can't access the admin panel? It should, that's weird, or have you lost your password?

Yes yes, that's the ticket. Password has been forgotten, which is why it has led to problems... I've tried everything, but honestly, I don't know if the password has been reset or what... It's been changed a few times over the years... Yeah. >>;

So how would I go about getting that back, or getting administrative rights to the good people back?

Click on my signature that says 'Lost Founder Password' and follow further instructions. Try to pm Luky or MrMario from the list(only 1 of them)
