Just Curious

Post by Glad E Olah on August 19th 2010, 9:38 pm

I am curious about something.

I belong to a number of forums. Most are with PHPBB. However, one or two do not have the same information at the bottom such as support forum to click and come here for questions.

My curiosity is getting the best of me. Are there numerous types of PHPBB forums and if so do they abide by the same set of rules?

So are you saying all phpbb forums are directed back to here for support?

I wonder if it is an older version.

Yep, im pretty sure they all are.

But for the older version thing, that doesn't happen, the forums automaticly get updated wether you like it or not.

May I continue my thoughts? If not please feel free to delete my post.

Within the admin panel can one admin ban forum members ISP numbers without another admin knowing it?

If the other admin dosen't notice, theres an area in the admin panel(i forget were) that keeps track of all the moderateing and administration acts.

Yes I am aware of that option. It is in the security part of the panel and will tell you if any of the moderators or admin have deleted or updated categories or members. Quite informative I might add.
