If a site gets banned, are they allowed to make the site again as long as it follows the rules? I was wondering this in case this happens to me or a friend.

If a website is banned for breaking the Forumotion TOS, you may create a website, but with a different email address. Please note that the data from your previous banned forum can not be retrieved unless a contest is submitted to Online Guardian, but that does not guarantee that Online Guardian will restore your forum. If you receive no response from Online Guardian, then your contest was rejected.

you have so many sub-domains, keep the initial name the same and a different sub-domain !
