Sticky : Anouncment & Global Announcment Options are not displaying ?

Hello,

In my forum these options are not displaying that either i send my post as Normal, Sticky , Announcement Or Global Announcement & it happens from today just....

i had these options in my forum but now these are not displaying while posting new posts, need assistance ?

well i was not well that,s why could not answer & now i checked by posting a new message where these options are being displayed now, well i don,t know why these options were not displaying for 2 to 3 days but now it,s displaying

Found out what the problem probably is... Some themes don't have a + button by the options panel... so if it gets hidden, it's gone!
