Do you have to create an account to review the forums, even if everything is open to the public?

if you require information like staff numbers ect. I would happy to supply that kind of information...

It's not a big deal at all but something I thought I would ask.

If guest don't have the access to view the Legend or other things, that the Reviewers need then, it's recommended to create one. You don't really have too. Maybe, you can place screenshots as well.

Attention!
- Please provide your forum URL at all times.

You may wish to provide one if you choose to hide some forums, user groups etc. for guests.

Hello,

I have two questions:
1. My co-admin started a review about our forum... I have to wait X time however? Razz
2. The request of a review was posted on Wed 25 Apr And was completed on Sun 29 Apr - 4:12

When Can I ask a new review? Today or on the 29th? Very Happy
Thanks...

May I ask where you got this information from?

I don't want an infraction for misusing this template.

It should be on 29th(for 1 month gap), it doesn't matter who requested it, we base it on when it was requested and we'll accept the request or refuse it if it's requested in the wrong time. Wink

Your review has been tagged by Equal. Expect it done within 24 hours.

You can use your own table for tagging as long as you don't use bold/colored fonts(please note that I'm only allowing this on this section). Same goes with reviews, you can use your own reviewing table as long as you're not using our's. Wink

Would you allow the coloured "Tagged" text in this case?

If you have permission from the admin of your site, can you request a review on there behalf as the admin of the forum I am on does not have a FM support account yet wants a review. So could I put the request in on his behalf.

If we use the "hide" tags to give a username and password to a reviewer so they can review the account, what happens if a member tags it then?

Sort of confused on that one...

Edit: I don't know the "hide" tags you're saying but, if a member tags your review request it means his going to complete it and no other users or staff can tagged it. unless he surrenders the review, anyone can take it... Wink And i think the safest to send the information of the reviewer account is via PM. Wink You can also use the hide tag, as said on the guidelines.. Wink

Edit: And if you're going to give an reviewer account, i'll suggest to you to use the spoiler code, rather than the hide code... Wink

They recommend in the guidlines section that you use the

Code:
[hide][/hide]

Also in a spoiler that means every single person can see a spoiler. Seems rather unsafe.

For the hide tags, it will be hidden to members and guests, but it will be shown to the members if they tag or post on that topic. Only staff members(with moderation powers) can see the elements/contents in the hide tags.

When you 'Tag' a review or a graphic request is there actually a button you tag it with or is it just a post saying Tagged?

Also, is that true that when a review/graphic request is tagged no one else can do it unless it is 'surrendered'?

For the first question
To tag a review, simply say "Tagged" and however long you will take to complete it. Please don't use bold/colored text as this is reserved for staff moderation only.

For the section question
For the review yes. i don't know about the graphic scratch

Yes. Wink This is to show respect to the one who initially tagged the request, however, you can ask the user whenever he/she seem to busy or can't do request.

Yes sure, as long as you can provide a screenshot that you have access to the forum's AP.

Yes that is not a problem.

So just the link at the bottom of the page or would you prefer something more specific?

So do you just want the first screen. E.g the first screen you see once you enter the admin control panel.

Or would you like something else? I thought the link at the bottom would have been enough but it is not a problem.

Would I have to re post the screen shot with every request or would once be enough?
