Solved Special Area

Post by hkunkun on August 24th 2010, 4:12 pm

Can i add a special forum that only a group can see threads in that forum?
1. Only for Male/Female
2. Only for a special group (VIP)
3. Only ADMIN, MOD and the owner of the topic

That would be hard :/ There's no group to be created classifying male and female users therefore you need to do it manually if you like, create a group for male and female and manually add the members according to their gender group.

Well, to have either only a Male or Female view it, you would need to go to the Users tab, and make a group called "Females" or somthing, then go to the General tab, then make the forum section, go to the permissions page, then you will tick off the Males that are unable to see that forum section, and tick on females for them to view and reply.

Sorry if this is confusing, I'm bad at explaining

Ya that really hard. Manually adding a huge member is impossible... But i will try for the best of my forum...

And you may need to add this option to your forum system.

OK this problem is Solved. But remember to ask for my idea. Thanks alot!
