Ubisurfer? Empty Ubisurfer?

We have a member who accesses the forum with a Ubisurfer (sorry I dont know what one is), and when she tries to respond to posts, she cant see what she is typing. Any ideas anyone?

yeah what mrmario said.

i dont know what it is either if you can have her explain what it is and what it's used for that might help a lil.
other then that just ask her to turn it off wile she is on your forum.

It is her only source of access to the internet and the forum, so she cant turn it off.
