Are they still continuing posting on the forums? the only thing I can suggest you is to ban those members that have their passwords 'cracked' , IP ban them if needed and inform the members not to click any links given to them by a strange members, this happened mostly because a user you're calling 'hacker' sent a pm to most of the members with a trap link, and I supposed they clicked it and got their IP address, thus now injecting a key logger which gave access to their passwords, I suggest you giving an advice to your members about this.

As I suggested above just ban the current accounts that we're causing chaos on the forum, or also, try closing registrations on the forum, proceed your forum to maintenance if needed so no one can access the forums, only the admins, and there, you can start fixing up.

Sorry, but it's not really needed since we're already trying to help here, my suggestions may help, or just wait for a mod to give you another suggestion of what you'll do.

Well you need to take actions before it's too late, as I'd mentioned above, close the forums if needed.

It's depending on you, if the forum is fixed, then you can re-open it again.

Just be careful nextime, and advice your members not to click any links send to them by a stranger and advice them to have complex passwords, hire more staffs if needed to gaurd the forum.

Shut down the forum using the In construction and Holiday settings until all new user registrations end. They will not continuously visit a forum they can not post on. Wink
