Can I ad AdSense ads to my forum?

I wonder can I ad AdSense ads on my forum? I would make sidebar and put AdSense ads there.

I don't know am I allowed because there are already ads on forum that are not mine.

Hi,

Contrary to popular beliefs, you are allowed, however, your adsense will NOT show, and thus NOT earn revenue, until, the present forumotion/Google adds are removed.

So Basically it's not really possible is it? I don't think for forumotion is going to remove their ads, do you? and if this is the case, why would I want to drive MY traffic to the forum......... This is a sticky subject.

You can delete Forumotion ads with credits ! And , of course , you can add your ads , you can put it in widgets , or if you have phbb2 or punbb forum version , can put the codes in templates ! Wink

Doesn't that defeat the purpose of ads?

You have to pay to remove forumotion ads to put yours on lol.

It allows the removal of present adds, however, it allows you to earn an income from your own adds, whilst choosing the desired type & location of adds Very Happy

I heard you only make a few dollars on ads unless the site is really popular and people are going to the ads and buying stuff.

you cant add google ads to a domain name like yoursite.motionsforum.com ... you should have www.yoursite.com domain
