Why is that my visitor can't register with this email?

Guys, why is that my visitor cant register with hes email address?

he edit his username~~ before hitting the printscreen.


Guys need the answer for this one ASAP..

I'am sure that this email is a valid email cause i sent a email to him and he replied~~ and also I added him in FB~

But look at the username?

tell him to try it again.
if it dont work you can just register him with your email,activate his account then go in the acp profile of his and change the email to the one he wants.

Need to know the problem~~

I got that once before too. I had copy/pasted the email address.
the problem for me was that there was a space after the .com which kept it from working. check to make sure that there are no extra spaces in the fields
