security problem

hi folks just had a security problem this past few days

some of my members had been deleted and some had there name changed

when i looked into the sites security log it actually showed my ip as to have done the deleting etc

restored the site back a few months to see if this helps?
And before anyone asks...no i have not given anyone my password

whats going on
is there a security risk with forumotion that we need to be aware of?
have we been hacked???

3 things may have happened

1) You changed them and you don't remember
2) Someone else may have logged in on your account
3) A ForuMotion Tech changed it

but why did it show up as me...ie my ip?????
my memory is very good too especially as this has just happened these past few days

surely your ip is specific???

and if a tech changed things why would he delete users and change names????

Well if it says your IP did it, someone accessed your account from the same place you use it.

the tech idea is aload of rubbish and the other 2 things or rubbish too

if u restored your forum with a full restore that means it'll delete posts/members that have been posted/created while the time u just restored too

EDIT: just saw the post at the same time as i posted lols
it would mean some1 went on his computer unless he shares hes ip

i stay on my own mate
so thats a no go
and computer has password
