Extra html page?

How do i make a html page with the same theme as my forum but without the forum content. And link it onto the navbar. Just a blank page where admins can post things. (not in a forum style)

sounds like you should just create a forum only admins have permissions to?
i am not sure what you mean by haveing admins post on a html page.. only the founder would be able to add any content to a html page.

i mean there are ways to create things and put in a iframe or coding.
but it would still have to come from a source page/forum that only admins have access/permissions to..

So i would need to get a better idea of exactly what you are trying to do and suggest the best way to go about

what i meant was a page that shows information but noone can post except the admins. except everyone can look at it. And it does not show the topics of the forum.
