Problems with Signatures

Okay, so, I'm not going crazy because this is the third forum [not HERE, forumotion, haven't tried it] I've been on that's had the problem. Today, I started a new forum and when I went to attach a signature to my post, it wouldn't let me. Also, even when I change my presets to "Always attach signature," it never appears.
I work hard on my signature banners, and I'd be mildly upset if all that work was a waste. I also know some of the people that may be joining my forum do the same, and I don't want to lose their patronage because of something silly I'm missing.
Could I get some advice? Did I just not turn on signatures in the admin panel or something?

Try to Resynchronize your forum.

I tried that earlier, too, but it hasn't worked either times, even though I just did it again. I just made a dummy post and checked the attach box again and it still wasn't showing up.

Also, not to bring up something that's probably just dumb, but when I previously attempted to attach a sig on another forum multiple times, the attach option disappeared altogether from that post.
