How to set a member setting Empty How to set a member setting

Alright how do I set the default ""Always notify me of replies:" option in preferences to "no"
So when a user makes a new account the bubble is "no" instead of being "yes"

You cannot change the defaults in the profile for everyone automatically.

So I cannot change the default profile settings when a someone makes a new user?

Cause right now the default is "yes" to send email when someone reply's to a topic they posted in and I get lots of emails from my forum users asking why our forum is flooding there email with these reply messages.

Yes, they need to change it from their profile>preferences
