Widget and thank you button help

1-I added the recent post widget to my forum but when more than 1 reply is posted in a topic it shows only the name of the last poster but not the name of each poster... Is there any way how the name of all posters will be shown rather than the last poster???
2-where is the thank you button present i cant find it.. I can only get the '+' '-' can any one tell me where thank you button is there??

For the Thanks button:

It only shows on a thread you made.

to activate it modelues-->points and reputation-->reputation-->Activate reputation system :
Yes No

Activate "Thanks" button :
Yes or no

fill the yes circle
to change the imagebutton of your thanks it will be Display-->Pics Managements-->Advanced Mode-->Buttons then find "Thanks Button"then upload a mini-buttons of thanks that will replace to the previous one
if you DONe save it

Can anyone post a screen shot of the place where thank you button is present..
but beforely my thank you and reputation is activated.
