Memberrow Additions?

Hello, I'm an intermediate web design programmer, and I was wondering if I could add Ranks to my member list. I looked into the raw HTML of the memberlist and found, of course, php variables. I was wondering if there was a way for me to create the {memberrow.RANK} variable? Is there a way for me to access the file in which the directories were set or something? All feedback is appreciated!

ACP > display > pics and colors > colors

Is there a way I can link the {POSTER_RANK} to a custom made {USER_RANK} variable? I don't want to have to redefine ranks all over again...
