Open the flash player in a new window?

I don't know the code it's kinda confused me alot.. So I was wondering if I could get another help from you guys..

When I click "Click for media player" a new window will show up with a media player.. The media player is coded like this:

It doesn't works somehow..


And I want once the window pops-up, windows resizing is disabled and height is at 385x21
