Im just wondering is it possible to have URL's of HTML pages toonly be access by a cirtain group of the forum?

no but you can always make html pages and just have the links on forums that only certain groups have access to.. but of course if someone from the group shares the link.. then there is no way of preventing others from going to the page/link
