guys, i wanna know about HTML pages, i know the basic tricks about HTML page, but i want to put more on my HTML, the problem, i dont know how.

HTML Page Empty does anyone know how??

I have to make a webpage for college, the only problem is I can't find any soures on the web that give me the .html code need to make a forum for a web page. All the ones I found are places saying that I should download phpBB from php.com, but I wanted to find the .html code not have to install a program that could harm my computer. If anyone has made a forum by code and not program instillation, I would like to learn how you did it so I can make a forum for my web page.
