1.Actually i changed my theme ... I like every thing in the theme but i dont like the background image So is there any way to change the background image only.? I went to ACP-DISPLAY-COLOUR and there i tried to find the name of background image but i couldnt..

2.how to add a new legend??

The background image is the second one in the list.
You should be able to see the image as well.. just take out that link or select hide then hit save.

As far as the legend.. what do you mean?
Can you explain more.
